Carpentry Workshop

Process: Dust removal – first vanish - Drying – polising – second vanish - Drying – second polishing - painting – final Drying
Printing Workshop
The workshop is equipped with multiple advanced printing machines, integrating traditional woodworking techniques with digital processing technology. It employs diversified printing methods such as screen printing, laser printing, and UV printing to meet various production requirements.
Packaging Workshop
（1）Quality inspection: Ensure that the product is free of defects (cracks, scratches, and the paint surface is intact).
（2）Cleaning: Use a soft cloth to remove wood chips and dust, ensuring the surface is clean.
（3）Preparation of protective materials: Buffering materials (bubble wrap, pearl cotton) and Moisture-proof packaging (moisture-proof paper, desiccant)
（4）Package the products as per the requirements
